Veidekke was founded in 1936 and has been quoted on the Oslo Stock Exchange since 1986.

Veidekke’s shares are spread over a large number of investors, mainly credit institutions and insurance companies. Typical of Veidekke is the many employees who own shares in the company and the strong employee involvement in the company’s development.
