Three new board members proposed in Veidekke
Three new board members will be elected at Veidekke's general meeting on Wednesday 5 May. The nomination committee's recommendation proposes that Gro Bakstad (Norwegian) and Annika Billström and Hans von Uthmann (both Swedish) are voted in as new shareholder representatives on the board of Veidekke. The Board of Directors is Veidekke’s highest administrative body and is directly responsible to the AGM. Six members are elected by the shareholders and three by the employees, for two years at a time.
