Goals for HSE and External Environment
Tip a friend Printer-friendly

In Veidekke, we give equal status for our HSE goals as for our economic goals and we have an ambition to be a leading player in our industry in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and safeguarding the environment

For the Group as a whole, the goal is an injury rate of five by the end of 2010. (Injury rate is the number of injuries per million hours worked). Our long-term goal, however, is an injury-free workplace.

For sickness absence our target is a rate of less than 3 per cent for all employees by the end of 2010. Read more about
sickness absence in the community report 2009.
