Kolo Veidekke has reduced CO2 emissions by as much as 15 per cent since 2007 through the systematic work of the Klimaveien climate collaboration.
Veidekke has become the first contracting company to sign up to take part in the collaboration project byggutengrenser.no (BUG - literally ”building without limits”).

Profit before tax was MNOK 523.1 as against MNOK 815.6 in 2008. Revenues decreased by 20 per cent and were MNOK 15 558 compared with MNOK 19 395 in 2008. This gave a profit margin of 3.4 per cent compared with 4.2 percent the year before.

Construction operations achieved good margins and had a solid order backlog at the beginning of 2010. Our long term goal is 5 per cent profit margin.
