The following search operators are supported:

(space) - at least one of the words

+word - must contain 'word'

-word - must not contain 'word'

"phrase" - containing the exact phrase

word* - Wildcard - 'word' matches parts of words
Note that + and - can be combined with phrases and wildcard searches.
