Big environmental gains with Klimaveien

Motorists on the E18 at Langangen could hardly fail to notice the tall, slim pairs of columns reaching skywards on the horizon. This is where the new four-lane motorway will cross 60 metres above the turn off for Kjose.

Ultra-low energy consumption

KLP’s eco-friendly building in the Teknobyen neighbourhood of Trondheim has been designated an environmental showcase by Enova and is one of Norway’s most energy-efficient office buildings. The owner, KLP Eiendom, believes it is set to become the new landmark building for the region.
