New Director of Veidekke Construction Oslo

Erik Økland (56) will take over as Director of Veidekke Construction Oslo on September 1st. He has already been acting in the role for the past year, covering for Anders Haugen, who is moving into a new position as Executive Vice President of Veidekke Infrastructure.

Erik Økland is one of the most experienced leaders in Veidekke Construction, with a broad background in both project management and departmental leadership from various roles since joining Veidekke in 1996. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU in Trondheim and lives in Asker.

He has been a key contributor to our strong position in the Oslo region for nearly 30 years, and over the past year he has shown that he is the right person to lead our construction business in what is our largest market.
