Veidekke has signed a contract with OBOS to carry out demolition works and convert the iconic glass halls in Nydalen, Oslo, from a former printing facility into 153 apartments and commercial premises. The contract is a design and build contract with a value of just over NOK 600 million, excluding VAT.
Veidekke has been commissioned by Solon Eiendom and Kolberg Gruppen to construct 180 apartments with an underground parking garage in the residential project Lenschows at Ensjø in Oslo. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 660 million excluding VAT.
Veidekke’s subsidiary Hoffmann has acquired the business of the company Installatøren A/S, including its 20 employees. The agreement takes effect on 1 June 2026.
