Allstad has entered into an agreement with Veidekke’s subsidiary Seby AS to rehabilitate the eight-storey office building at Rådhusgata 1 in Oslo. The contract is a design and build contract valued at NOK 222 million, excluding VAT, plus options.
Veidekke has secured four new contracts for the operation and maintenance of national and county roads. In addition, options to extend two ongoing contracts have been exercised. The total contract value amounts to NOK 1.5 billion excluding VAT.
