“We are very pleased to continue the excellent collaboration we have had with Stor-Oslo Eiendom on another residential project. Linderudløkka will provide a significant boost to the area, and it is very encouraging to see that the project resonates so well in the market. We thank Stor-Oslo Eiendom for their confidence and look forward to the start of construction,” says Morten Barreth, Head of Department at Veidekke Building Oslo.
Linderudløkka will be developed into a new and vibrant neighbourhood with a total of 950 apartments, a grocery store, kindergarten, commercial spaces, and a large square connecting the area. The project is being developed in cooperation between Stor-Oslo Eiendom and BRJ Boliginvest. When completed, Linderudløkka will appear as a green and urban residential area with strong connections to the city centre, local recreational areas, and public transport, with the metro station located only 300 metres from the project.
“Selling 120 apartments in five months demonstrates that we have hit the mark with the product and highlights the importance of an optimal apartment mix. We are also very pleased to have signed an agreement with Veidekke and to bring on board large parts of the team from the Frysjaparken project, with whom we have had an excellent collaboration in the past,” says Richard Zagar, Project Director at Stor-Oslo Eiendom.
Construction will start in early March, with planned completion in autumn 2028. Read more about the project here.
The contract will be included in Veidekke’s order book for the first quarter of 2026.
