"We are proud to be chosen to build this hotel, which will be completely unique and will have a concept we do not currently have in Oslo. Both the design and the location make this an important addition to the city. The new hotel will be almost 8,000 m2 spread over nine floors above ground and two basement floors, while the outdoor areas will face the upcoming government park. The hotel will have 152 rooms, meeting rooms, a gym, a bar and restaurants. It will become part of the rapidly growing Hoxton family with popular hotels in London, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona and Los Angeles, among others.
