“Together with Oxfor Eiendom we have developed a well‑considered and tailor‑made solution for Norautron AS. We see this as the beginning of a long and successful partnership with Oxfor Eiendom on the development and construction of large commercial buildings. We are very grateful for the trust they have placed in us,” says Roar Kristiansen, Managing Director of Veidekke Logistikkbygg.

The new facility at Skoppum will have a total area of approximately 17,000 m². It is specially adapted for Norautron AS, a leading Norwegian electronics manufacturer (EMS provider) delivering advanced electronic services and products to industries such as maritime, defence, healthcare, and aerospace. The company is currently located at Horten Industrial Park in a building constructed by Veidekke around the year 2000.

“Through the prequalification and early‑phase collaboration, Veidekke has demonstrated strong expertise and competitiveness. This will be a fantastic project to build,” says Hans Petter Semlitsch, Project Director at Oxer Eiendom. Oxfor Eiendom is a property company owned 50/50 by Oxer Eiendom and Format Eiendom.

Construction is scheduled to begin during the spring, with completion planned ahead of the summer holiday period in 2027.

The contract will be included in Veidekke’s order book for the first quarter of 2026.
