On 12 June 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 93 924 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 45.3323 each. The Trust now holds 1 661 Veidekke shares.
Senior executives purchased 1 102 250 shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in May 2012, see notification 22 May 2012.
These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2012. The balance of Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
