On 11 June 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 18 136 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 44.9842 each. The Trust now holds 1 009 987 Veidekke shares.
These shares will be resold to senior executives in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in May 2012.
