On 30 May 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 92 935 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 42.5848 each. The Trust now holds 844 481 Veidekke shares.
These shares will be resold to senior executives in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in May 2012.
