On 25 May 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 2 090 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 42.50 each. The Trust now holds 739 420 Veidekke shares.
These shares will be resold to senior executives in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in May 2012.
