On 21 November 2014 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 23 500 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 65.00 each. The Trust now holds 646 290 shares.
These shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in November 2014.
