On 18 November 2011 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 92 171 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 37.5130 each. The shares will be resold to the employees in the sale of shares to all Veidekke employees in November 2011.
Veidekke employees purchased 1 755 231 shares in Veidekke in the sale, see notification 21 November 2011. On 18 November 2011 the Trust sold the equivalent number of shares for this purpose. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in December.
After this transaction the Trust holds 29 624 Veidekke shares.
