With reference to the stock exchange announcement published on 1 December 2022, regarding Veidekke ASA’s ("Company")buyback of its own shares, the Company has on the 8 December 2022 completed the transfer of 1,647 954 shares to Constructa AS, as part of the settlement for the purchase of 100 % of the shares in Constructa Entreprenør AS, as announced 23 November 2022.
After the transaction, the company owns a total of 852 046 of its own shares.
