The three apartment buildings are three, four and five storeys tall, respectively, and will accommodate apartments ranging in size from 57 to 153 m2. Each apartment has its own balcony, while some feature private roof terraces. There will be underground car parking and rich and varied outdoor areas including two children’s playgrounds. The development is situated in a central location within walking distance of restaurants, golf courses and one of Norway’s largest shopping malls offering more than 200 retail outlets.

This is a project that we have worked hard to bring to fruition and that we can all be proud of. The development will not only be attractive to those who buy homes in it to move into, but also to neighbours in the local area. There will be neighbourhood playgrounds for children, as well as new paths,” says Bernt Ove Vågsæter, CEO of Planor Bolig.
