Pål Eitrheim has held various operational and corporate management positions in Equinor, where he is currently Executive Vice President with responsibility for Equinor's renewable energy activities. Eitrheim is also a board member of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). Pål Eitrheim holds a master’s degree in comparative politics from the University of Bergen and University College Dublin.
