Veidekke has been commissioned to build also the next phase of the residential project Odden in Hinna Park, Stavanger. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 133 million excluding VAT and includes the construction of a 13-storey residential building with 39 apartments, a parking facility and outdoor areas.
Posten Bring Norge has awarded Veidekke the contract to build the shell of their new environmentally certified logistics center in Lyseparken, south of Bergen. The turnkey contract is worth close to NOK 280 million excluding VAT.
Erik Økland (56) will take over as Director of Veidekke Construction Oslo on September 1st. He has already been acting in the role for the past year, covering for Anders Haugen, who is moving into a new position as Executive Vice President of Veidekke Infrastructure.
