Carola Lavén is a civil engineer, with extensive experience from the construction industry. Since May 2020, she has been CEO of Besqab AB. In the past, she has held the position of vice CEO and chief investment officer of Castellum AB (2019–2020) and business area head for NCC Property Development Nordic (2013–2019), and she also has experience from Atrium Ljungberg, Drott and Skanska. Carola Lavén holds a master's degree in civil engineering from KTH, Stockholm.
