On 30 November 2011 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 44 526 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 35.7344 each. The shares will be resold to the employees in the sale of shares to all Veidekke employees in November 2011, see notification 21 November 2011.
After the subscription period of the Veidekke employee share purchase offer we have received another 68 valid subscriptions. After reduction these 68 employees were permitted to purchase a total of 73 300 shares. On 30 November the Trust sold the equivalent number of shares for this purpose. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in December.
After this transaction the Trust now holds 2 975 shares.
